一名健康良好的四歲女童，星期四發燒喉嚨痛，翌日到聖保祿醫院急症室求醫，因徵狀惡化，星期六送到東區醫院，入住兒童深切治療部，臨床診斷為甲型流感併發腦病變，情況危殆。
初步調查顯示，她沒有接種今季季節性流感疫苗。

That’s by design: Core to their decentralized nature, Bitcoins aren’t backed by the government or any issuing institution, and there’s nothing to guarantee their value besides the proof baked in the heart of the system. “The reason why it’s worth money is simply because we, as people, decided it has value—same as gold,” says Anton Mozgovoy, co-founder & CEO of digital financial service company Holyheld.
